To unlock bonus islands 13 & 14, collect all dinosaur fossils in levels 1 through 12. To unlock bonus island 15, collect all dinosaur fossils in islands 13 & 14.

To unlock Hard difficulty, beat levels 1 through 12.
Sound Test option:
To unlock the Sound Test option, drown the monster in level 12.
